This Dutch army poncho liner is intended for use with the Dutch poncho when used as a sleeping bag, and is genuine military surplus. The poncho, when available, is 

• Good grade 1 condition may have minor repairs 
• Lace ties to secure to poncho to fold and form a sleeping bag.
• Easier care and washable.
