Wholesale Border Convertible Top/Skirt - Our border convertible top/skirt is made from our border sarongs. This garment can be worn as a top or skirt. When worn as a top the ties in front can be made into a decorative bow for a strapless look or a tie around the neck. It has a variable-length, handkerchief hem and an elastic(shirred) back for an adjustable fit. The fabric is premium rayon which is heavier than normal sarong fabric, and comes in a variety of colors and border designs
